Little League International requires Upper Providence Little League as a chartered organization to abide by its rules and regulations related to its boundaries. Our boundaries mirror to a large extent the Spring-Ford School District boundaries.
Currently, there are two options for where your children can play Little League.
A child can play for Upper Providence Little League if your home is located within our boundaries.
A child can play for Upper Providence Little League if their school is located within the league boundaries. In a changing educational landscape, this new rule allows you to register your children for the Little League that is truly most convenient to your family while further enhancing the role of community with your children's classmates and their families.
It's important to point out that the provision regarding the location of a school excludes home schools, cyber schools, sports-related schools, sports academies, or preschool or after school where a student participates outside of the primary school the player is enrolled.
In the Upper Providence area, there are several other baseball organizations that are not Little League organizations whose boundaries overlap ours. However, when determining eligibility, our primary concern is with boundaries of other Little League organizations. Our boundaries abut other Little Leagues: Lower Perkiomen Little League, East Norriton Little League, Coventry Little League and Berwyn-Paoli Little League, to name a few.
In the event you reside and your children attend school outside our approved boundaries, please consult with the websites for these Little Leagues so you can determine if you reside within or your child's school is located in their territory.
